The Everything DiSC® Assessment

Before the workshops begin, all participants complete the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment and unlock personalized Everything DiSC Workplace® and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ insights. This pre-work ensures that everyone comes prepared with a basic understanding of their DiSC® style.

Interactive Platform

Training is conducted using Zoom and the Everything DiSC® on the Catalyst™ platform, which facilitates a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Participants engage with real-time polls, breakout sessions for small group discussions, and direct application exercises.

Facilitator-Led Sessions

Experienced, certified Everything DiSC® practitioners guide each session, providing expert insights and facilitating discussions and activities that enhance learning.

Personalized Learning

Summary

The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience with Agile EQ™ Workshop Package from Symphony 100's Essential Workshop Series is a seven-hour, interactive course.

It is facilitated live by a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner from Symphony 100 (an independent, authorized Partner of Everything DiSC®) through a private Zoom link and the personal logon to the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ platform.

This package includes four workshop sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Scheduling

• Workshops are typically scheduled one week apart to allow for reflection and putting the content shared between sessions into practice.

• Sessions must be completed within four weeks to maintain momentum and ensure maximum retention.

This series builds progressively, starting with the foundational Everything DiSC Workplace® communication tools before integrating Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™, providing teams with practical skills to enhance emotional intelligence and adaptability.
