Before the workshops begin, all participants complete the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment and unlock personalized Everything DiSC Workplace® and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ insights. This pre-work ensures that everyone comes prepared with a basic understanding of their DiSC® style.


Interactive Platform

The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience with Agile EQ™ Workshop Package from Symphony 100's Essential Workshop Series is a seven-hour, interactive course.


It is facilitated live by a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner from Symphony 100 (an independent, authorized Partner of Everything DiSC®) through a private Zoom link and the personal logon to the Everything DiSC® on the Catalyst™ platform.


This package includes four workshop sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes.


Scheduling

  • Workshops are typically scheduled one week apart to allow for reflection and putting the content shared between sessions into practice.

  • Sessions must be completed within four weeks to maintain momentum and ensure maximum retention.

We provide intimate and impactful team development experiences.

  • At Symphony 100, we believe the best learning happens in engaging, interactive environments.


  • To ensure every participant feels seen, heard, and involved, our workshops are designed and include enough materials and access codes for up to 10 participants in a cohort group.


  • Clients may choose to add 1 or 2 more participants to a cohort group for a maximum total of 12 participants in one cohort group, without sacrificing quality.

Multiple Cohort Groups
