In these instances, learners can now opt out of sharing their DiSC® style information by visiting the Privacy tab within their account settings on Catalyst™. If learners choose not to share, their colleagues will not see their DiSC® style information or their colleagues’ information. All learners can change their settings anytime to share or opt out of sharing.
A high degree of care was used to create an experience that complies with global privacy regulations.
