This one-hour lab equips managers to lead their teams through change more effectively by understanding DiSC® style differences in how people experience and respond to change. Based on the Navigating Change module in Worksmart helps participants become more intentional in the support they provide.
Delivered live on Zoom with an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, this lab is designed for immediate impact and can be run for an individual or a group of up to 12 participants. Through guided facilitation, personalized feedback strategies, and structured discussion, participants leave with real tools they can use the same day to lead more effectively.
