Cohort Groups and Recommended Numbers of Participants  

Workshop Structure

Symphony 100's standard workshops are designed for groups of up to 10 participants, with the flexibility to extend to 12 members to maximize engagement and learning effectiveness. For groups larger than 12, we form multiple cohorts to ensure no group surpasses 12 members, preserving the quality of interaction and impact.


Customization

Our signature series of custom workshops can accommodate different group sizes. Still, we typically recommend maintaining cohorts between 5 and 12 members, in-person or online, to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.

The training leverages the DiSC model to provide leaders with a deep understanding of their leadership behaviors and how these behaviors influence their effectiveness in crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution. Upon completing the assessment, learners receive their Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® results in a detailed, narrative-style PDF report. This report provides nuanced feedback within the frameworks of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, unfolding through several modules:

Module 1 - Introduction to the Work of Leaders

Participants gain insights into how their DiSC® styles influence their leadership roles, featuring the eight priorities of the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® Map.

Module 2 - Vision

Leaders are encouraged to examine the critical aspects of creating a vision, challenging their behaviors related to exploration, boldness, and assumptions, and assessing the pros and cons of their styles.

Module 3 - Alignment

This module focuses on how leaders can generate buy-in and inspire their teams. It emphasizes the importance of clarity and dialogue, and leaders reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of their natural tendencies in fostering alignment.

Module 4 - Execution

Discusses the key elements of carrying out a vision, including maintaining momentum, providing structure, and offering feedback. Leaders are encouraged to consider how their leadership style influences execution and identify adjustments for better results.

Module 5 - Action Planning

An interactive segment involving role-playing interviews helps leaders identify their strengths and challenges within each area of the Work of Leaders model. Leaders select one key area for improvement and develop a targeted action plan.
