We’ve delivered this work for years
Frank November, Symphony 100’s founder, has been a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner since 2014 and is a Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner, with hundreds of workshops behind him. So we know what a month in your practice looks like: the proposal that has to go out by Monday, the client who wants a price for assessments before deciding how many people will take them, the pilot of 12 that turned into 40, and the follow-up session that wasn’t in anyone’s budget.
Imagine a client you’ve coached for two years asks you to bring Everything DiSC® to their whole management group: 60 people in three time zones, starting next quarter. The client trusts you to do the work, but you don’t have the licensed materials or a certification yet, and six cohorts are more than you can run by yourself.

Everything DiSC® Certification makes you a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner, with a credential to name in your proposals and the depth to answer client questions a facilitator guide doesn’t cover. Add The Five Behaviors® Certification when clients start bringing you intact teams.
Licensed materials your clients recognize
The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience gives you the facilitation materials and the Facilitator and Group Culture Reports for the Everything DiSC® programs on Catalyst™, and it’s yours to keep once you buy it. Facilitation kits cover single programs like Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® and The Five Behaviors®.
Send and track the assessments yourself
Your own administrator account lets you send Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments, see who has completed them, and download the reports, with one credit balance you can use for any client.
Extra facilitators when a project grows
When a project needs more sessions than your calendar can hold, Symphony 100 facilitators run some of them, to your design and as part of your team.
A delivery team behind you
Hand the workshop sessions to our facilitators, and keep the work only you can do for your client: the scoping, the coaching, and the follow-up.

Everything DiSC® Worksmart gives your client’s managers five short modules on Catalyst™ that you can facilitate as a follow-on engagement. For your own development, Encore, our practitioner community, is coming soon.
