Team Leaders

Managers · Department heads · Intact teams

You bring the team and the date. Symphony 100 issues the assessments, runs the session and leaves your people with language they can use on Monday. Nothing for you to administer.

One session, run for you, for the team you have now

What you are buying

One facilitated session for your team. Symphony 100 issues the Everything DiSC® assessments, prepares the profiles, facilitates the room and hands your people everything they keep afterwards. You approve the date, tell us what the team keeps tripping over, and show up.

What one session changes

Imagine two people on your team who have misread each other for a year — one wants the decision made now, the other wants every option on the table first. After the session, those two have a shared vocabulary for that exact pattern, and so does everyone who watched the pattern play out. Symphony 100 promises something smaller than “culture change”: your team leaves with the recurring friction named and a way to handle that friction the following week.

What you are not signing up for

No administrator account to manage, no certification to sit, no internal program to defend at budget time. If you later want your organization to run Everything DiSC® itself, that path is open — nothing on this page depends on taking that path.

Three ways Symphony 100 runs the session for you

Try it first

90-minute introductory workshop

A live, online 90-minute session with Frank, with an Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst™ profile for each person included. $250 per seat. The lowest-commitment way to see what your team does with the language.

Workshop packages

A facilitated session built around the profile your team has just completed, with the session design, materials and follow-up included.

The Five Behaviors®

For an intact team that has to perform as one unit — trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, results. Deeper than a profile session and built for teams that stay together.

If one session turns into a program

Some managers run one workshop and stop there, with a team that works better than before. Others find the language sticks and want the same session for the next hire, and the one after that. At that point your HR or L&D team can stand up an internal program, and Symphony 100 sets them up to run the program themselves.

For HR & Learning teams Ask what fits

Not sure which session fits?

Ask yourself one question: do you want to see what Everything DiSC® does before committing the whole team, or do you already know you want the full session? Seeing first points to the 90-minute introductory workshop. The full session points to a workshop package. A call with Frank settles the rest.

Everything DiSC® is a development tool, not a selection tool — Symphony 100 does not recommend using Everything DiSC® to screen candidates. Symphony 100 is an independent authorized partner of Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®.
