How It Works
Adding the Management module to your existing Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ experience is easy and efficient. Participants answer a few additional questions that focus on management-specific scenarios, without needing to retake the entire assessment. These new insights are seamlessly integrated into their existing Catalyst profile, unlocking all the features of the Management application.
Participants can immediately access their updated profile on the Catalyst platform, where they’ll find new tools and resources tailored to management challenges. They can also download a comprehensive PDF report that includes both their original Everything DiSC Workplace® profile and the new l Everything DiSC® Management profile, offering a holistic view of their leadership style and strategies.
