In these instances, learners can now opt out of sharing their DiSC® style information by visiting the Privacy tab within their account settings on Catalyst™. If learners choose not to share, their colleagues will not see their DiSC® style information or their colleagues’ information. All learners can change their settings anytime to share or opt out of sharing.

To implement this model successfully, you’ll need the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Facilitation Kit, which provides detailed session guides, participant handouts, videos, and activity suggestions. We also strongly recommend Everything DiSC® Certification, which helps facilitators build confidence, deepen their expertise, and ensure they’re equipped to manage complex team dynamics during delivery. All certified practitioners are required to own their own Facilitation Kit.
Internal facilitators can also join Symphony 100’s PRO Network (free level) for access to administrative tools, discounted EPIC credits, and ongoing implementation support.
