Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ was designed to be an interactive experience. Various new features allow learners to apply DiSC® to their daily work lives. However, we understand that some clients and learners may not be comfortable sharing this level of personal information. 


In these instances, learners can now opt out of sharing their DiSC® style information by visiting the Privacy tab within their account settings on Catalyst™. If learners choose not to share, their colleagues will not see their DiSC® style information or their colleagues’ information. All learners can change their settings anytime to share or opt out of sharing.


A high degree of care was used to create an experience that complies with global privacy regulations.
